Made to order' items allow our customer to purchase products that are customised to their specifications. These include certain lighting and furniture items that we do not hold as stock and can only be purchased by demand. All "Made to order items" are clearly labelled as such on the corresponding product page in the delivery section and in the "shopping bag".
